Realbot with War3 mod?
 

I hope someone can help me out on this.....i read other threads and they don't seem to help me out here. I'm trying to have realbot run with amx mod (which has war3 mod....it was a bundle) but i'm not having any luck. If i have one working the other one doesn't. This is CS 1.5....so i don't know if it makes a difference. Plz help me if you know anything !!

Anyone at all know what I'm talking about??? I had this working a while back and i got a new computer so i had to reinstall everything. I believe it has something to do with the liblist.gam file....if it is pointing to metamod.dll than only amx mod works. On the other hand if it points to realbot.dll only the bots work. Any tips would be greatly appreciated guys....thanks

In your liblist.gam, change the gamedll line mp.dll to the following
gamedll "addons/metamod/dlls/metamod.dll"
add this to plugins.ini within the metamod folder,
win32 ../realbot/dll/realbot_mm.dll RealBot
also have the amx line there as well so metamod loads it.

Here's the easiest way to do it...

• Install MetaMod + mods
• Put the Realbot folder where it should be, don't hit any installs or anything, just make sure the files are there.
• Add Realbot to the Meta plugins.ini (win32 ../realbot/dll/realbot_mm.dll RealBot for Windows)
• Start up your server, and the bots should be avaliable.

Note that this requires realbot_mm.dll, which, IIRC, isn't included with Realbot AI 1.0... It's from the WIP versions, and even then it might be part of the "RealFix".

I'll give a link to my realbot_mm.dll in case anyone needs it. (Although it's probably part of a larger update so I suggest figuring out where to get it from. :))
