im new at metamod and i need some help
 

i just d/l'ed the podbot for metamod and i dont know exactally where to put the file after i extract it. iv'e tried extracting it to my addons folder and my cstrike folder but its no use, can some tell me the correct path to extract it to?

the other mods i have installed are amx, xfun, vexd, and monster mod

The podbot folder you extracted from the archive should be put in the cstrike folder.

But it's not sufficient to put the bot to work: you have now to declare this bot DLL among the list of metamod plugins.
To do so, open metamod's plugins.ini file and add a line like this:

win32 podbot/podbot_mm.dll

or if you run Linux:

linux podbot/podbot_mm_i386.so

well now that works
but im having a problem using my admin menus
when i use the map change menu or any other menu, if i push a number to use the command, instead the waypoint editor menu pops up instead of the command i wanted and it then crashes the game. is there a way i could turn off waypoint editing for good?
