So, does this bot work with any version of Counter-Strike? And does it work on every possible map? No waypoints?

Racc don't use any waypoints. BUT, the file you can find are only templates, that's means to "help" some bot developpers who want to begin a new bot.
The new racc is comming, PM is coding it, and it'll kick ass !! ^^

but the point is that I can't program a bot. I need a good bot for the time being.

Well, you can get one of PM's older templates that's complete. It's not as fancy as his future release is aboot to be, but still sweet. I believe his version, "20020911" was the last fully stable release. The templates are just a old sneak preview, which no longer represent RACCbot (but still, it's pretty amazing wip btw. :))

For current bots, E[POD]bot, and PODbot, and IvpBot, and the other PODbot modded versions are pretty sweet. (I make good E[POD]bot waypoints, check out my site for them: http://www.freewebs.com/mard_lltd/ I'd do waypoints for PM's RACCbot cause his bot's definately worth the effort, but it's waypointless, so I can't really contribute much more than bein' a RACC-Crazy fan like the rest. :P)

There's also akimbot, and a few others.
