How about making a United Server that allow the bots united member to play cs or run bot server ?

geez, if you have the hardware and the money to put a dedicated broadband server online, feel free to do it! do you know how much it costs ?

and who will plan the server usage ? What if some user decides to run bot X and another user wants to use bot Y ? will you give root account to everybody ? what if someone decides to host warez or p0rn files on it ? what if somebody decides to reboot it while other people are using it ? Your idea may be good but it is absolutely impractical...

and a decent cpu on that space, and a good backbone with the provider, and traffic :-)
and someone who acctually runs that server :-)

Write a program that rotates the DLL in use at certain intervals through the day(prevents people from fighting over bots), have set bot upgrade dates so that the server isn't down all the time for people updating bots...

No I don't have it , but I think I can port it to cs1.6 (but so busy now with my bot !) , so no time for it , I also don't have STEAM on my Machine , so I can't do it now !
