disabling "Prepare to fight!"

Hi.
How can I disable the custom sound from other games(q3, ut) in my counterstrike after I installed all in one installer? The sounds are "prepare to fight", "multikill", "godlike" etc. plus can i disable the extra blood effect?

Im a newbie with podbotmm/metamod/amxmodx. Thank you.

You need to invoke the console command "amxmodmenu". Then You need to find the item "Stats configuration" (if I remember good it's on the second page and the item 5) - then disable unwanted options. More help about AMXMODX You need to find at amxmodx forum.
