With version 3b19o, l " autowaipointing ladders am better; one above, no intermediary, one above. As regards water, waypoints creates only at the bottom. There is a risk of drowning club foot. The manual waypointing in water is difficult. To swim and to put the waypoint in surface in unit is not easy.

If You have troubles with making waypoints manually in the water - use no-clip function (in WP editor - Options and item 3).
