bots with fluctuating ping?

hey

i was just wondering, would it be possible to have bots that have a ping that kinda jumps (like a real persons ping). i know it would be useless, but it would make it look like theres real people in the server ;) . im not good at cpp... i hardly know anything in cpp... so i wouldnt know were to start :(
