Troubles with mp_sub

Hello. Does anyone know why bots would be cheering but not doing anything after a few rounds of mp_sub? They play fine for a few rounds but then stop and start cheering after a while on mp_sub and no other map. Thanks in advance.

Actually, it's doing it on various maps. The bots are all pinged at -1, and nothing is happening. Does anyone know why this keeps happening?
