Other Things you can do to help;
1) Save and send in any console messages (/condump yourname.bugN.txt) or find etserver.log and etconsole.log (if they are being logged.)
2) Make a directory listing of the files in your fritzbot directory (Start:Run command.com to open a dos window, then change directory (cd ...) to the Fritzbot directory and type;
dir /od /s > yourname.dir.txt
and send the resulting file yourname.dir.txt with this form (filled in.)
