POD-Bot without taking server slot?

Hi! Is this possible to run bots which don't take the server slots?
I want to do something like 5 players versus 50 bots, i dont care about resources usage, just tell me is this possible :>

No. This is the server giving slots for players or bots and we cannot change that.
