PHP forum templates

Meh,

Can't find out how to add a template to this freaky vBulletin forum software. I want to add a template for the IRC chat. Where's the frikkin' button ? >:(

Click Style Manaer in Admin CP,

Then select Add Template in the listbox the glick go ... finished ;)
