i need step by step install help
 

i want to get hpb_bot for tfc but i can never seem to get it to work. i tried a few months ago and when i saw your update anouncement i tried again. My issue is that i finally got metaqmod working but no matter what i do i cant get the bots to show up or work. when i do meta list in the server it says no plugins running. nothing seems to be working for hpb but metamod is running fine. i dont know what i gave to add or tweak in the liblist.gam file or the plugins.ini file. please help. anything that gets it working is fine by me. i have lots of patience:)

There is an install script with the bot that does the job for you (provided metamod is installed correctly). Follow the directions in the readme.txt file and everything will roll just fine.

what readme file? i unzipped the hpb_bot to tfc and i didnt see a readme file, nor did the installs work.and yes i do have metamod installed correctly. i know i do cause when i start a server and check my console it says somethi9ng about allowing me to redistribute metamod and then i type meta list and it says 0 running and 0 something or other could u please help

There is a file called HPB_Bot_Readme.txt in the archive, that is to be extracted in the HPB_bot directory. If you don't have it, then you downloaded the wrong file. Are you sure you didn't just download the bot source code, not the actual release ?
