1 bot on server

How to make bot kick, when 2 or more human players playing? I just need only 1 bot on server, to play 1x1 vs human, or stay connected when nobody's playing

Only 2 lines in podbot.cfg with pb add command and no line like "pb fillsererver". That should help. One player joins - one bot gets kicked. Second player joins - second bot i kicked. The player leaves - the bot comes back.
