how to set a crossing waypoint

hey folks i need to set a waypoint with crossing flag how can i? i need it pls help

That flag does nothing (in bot code is ignored) - that's why the function to put it wasn't implemented in Waypoint Editor. So the answer is - You can't set this flag (and there is no reason to set it).
