Whatever file I'm trying to upload to the filebase (logged as an admin in control panel) the filebase says the file already is there - so I can upload nothing right now. Please fix it and please put back links to the filebase and to www of bots at the top of the forum like it was before the server's crash.

Hi,

the upload works again (silly register globals problem, the suposed code to register the vars did no longer work).

Regarding the links I see no one missong ones.

Aaargh, there is something very b°rked with the new mailserver!! POP3 seems to work but returns no mail available everytime. I tested it by sending mail to my pm @t bots-united d0t com account from different accounts, and none was received. Checking mail on oldmail.bots-united.com didn't help either, login works but still nothing in mailbox, looks like these mails are lost !!

I didn't get a single mail in five days !

I can't wait, I expect mails from ebay there !! Someone fix it or gimme root access on the damn machine !!!

i checked the pop3 thingie as far as I could see, it works.

But i also saw that nova activated grey listing, this causes a delay of 3 - 15 minutes, for untrustetd sender IP's. But no mail gets lost (unless the oponent side does not retry at all, which ist only known for spam sending software).

I will urge him to disable it, I personaly do not like the idea of artificial delays (which will be dealt with best by spam software, just give them a few month. -> see the story of SPF -> most domains having SPF records are SPAMING domains and even Spamassasin does not trust SPF records much)

one error i see: the imap username is not changed (it needs @bots.united.com suffixed). Also I had to generate a new passwort, I send it to you via PM, just to make sure you have it.

I dont receive emails sent to cheeseh -- bots-united -- com yet though, just those sent to rcbot -- bots-united -- com

OK, dunno who did what but it's fixed now. I received my first spam in six days, which is a sure sign that it works. 8)
