Couldn't exec joebot\joebot.cfg

I have everything setup right I think. I have the JOEBOT directory that came with the zip file, since I am running a ded. server, and I added the MM dll in the metamod.dll file, and I restart the server, but it still doesnt want to exec the joebot.cfg file. when I start the server, it does scroll message "this server is using JOEBOT" and stuff ilke that, but no commands work or nothing. not even the botmenu works. can someone please help me? thanks

the bot menu doesnt work on a dedicated server.

for the commands you need to put joebot in front of them, then it looks like "joebot addbot" without the quotes
