New steam updates have broken Joe

I can't start a server to play with Joe, but I can join a normal game, anyone got any ideas how to get around it?

is there an mp.dll in your cstrike\dlls folder ?

If not, delete liblist.gam, start a LAN game of CS, then reinstall JoeBot.

deleting liblist then reinstalling is too much trouble if he knows how to edit liblist.gam..
if not follow Whislter's instructions.
