How To Banned?
 

Hey Guys i have a question i was setup my dedicated server In Local area network (LAN) and running fine now the problem is this i m banning a guy from my server but he is comming again with another IP mean when ever i banned him he come back to change his IP so my question is this can i banned some one with MAC ADDRESS or any other idea because when ever i banned him he changed his ip and come back ??? Help
