Is there anyone who can help me with the console command of the monster plugin?I really need that

And another little question~~
Where can I find the latest or the complete version of the monster plugin?

I don't think the Monster plugin is updated after 3.0 version, and here's the download page:
http://hpb-bot.bots-united.com/downloads.html

for the console command read the included readme.txt file for details.
