I'm not sure if any bots here support non-steam.
I know some still support 1.5.

well, there should be some version supporting 1.5, to find out which one you'd have to take a look at the version file of the bot.

@ravious - don't get us wrong - each question the answer to it may increase even the popularity of non-steam CS1.6, it's considered here as some kind of support for illegal stuff. You even cannot really understand what kind of problems Valve's lawyers may start to do for forum server's admins and founders. That's why we are so careful with this.
