Anyone playing/working on a non-HL game/mod?
 

My question - does anyone here play any other id engine based games (perhaps based on the q3 engine in particular?), or perhaps mod for them?

I'm thinking games like: RTCW, COD, MOA, etc. Games that have simple teamplay like CS, but newer gfx and such.


btw: is this site only for CS bot coders?

not only for cs. (cant tell for sure if for other games then the hl). but it all begun with cs..

i clan play battlefield1942's modification desert combat.. kelly's heroes is the name for the clan btw.

Quake2 rulez !!! You can even have access to its ENGINE source and its graphics quality is not terribly worse than HL... unless you don't like ANSI C or the GNU GPL.

Heh, I know - I've modded for it before. ;)

Right now I'm working on a RTCW mod, and was wondering if anyone else on this board is working on a non-HL bot/mod.

the missiles are cool.. but i dont know.. ill wait for next update..
