Weapons names fix for CS 1.6 updated

Splorygon reported a bug in my weapons names fix for CS 1.6 where the player chat would not display correctly. It's fixed and you can get the new version from the filebase.

For those who don't know it yet this is a fix that gets rid of the ugly weapon names such as Bullpup, Leone, Clarion or CV-47 and restores the original names (for example Steyr Aug, Benelli, FAMAS, AK-47, etc.) in CS 1.6
