its a protocol 46 (WON2) server

the ip is dynamic so use the hostname

also http://won2.kicks-ass.net has various info about WONv2 how to set up servers and how to get serverlists from the 3rd party master servers to show up in your v1110 client

this is not steam it runs off the older version 1.1.1.0

start old cs 1.5 click console and connect won2.kicks-ass.net:27015
