Bots can't be kicked w/dedicated server
I have HPB_bot set up and running perfectly for my listenserver. But when I run them under a dedicated server, when I add a bot I can never kick it; the console echoes back that the bot was kicked, but when you check its still there.
Currently in my liblist file the line, "gamedll "dlls\HPB_bot.dll" is commented out. When I put it back in, the server crashes time after time- I can barely make out what it says since it goes by so fast (and isn't in the logs), seems to be something about invalid messages sent to bots. I'm running it on Win2k server w/ plenty of horsepower. And ideas as to what the problem could be? Btw, I miss botman's forum, but I will settle in here.. Bruce Broadway |

What is the command you use to kick your bot ?

Re: Bots can't be kicked w/dedicated server
I'm using amx, so the kick command I use is "amx_kick <botname>".
It works fine for players, but not for bots. Strangely, that same command works when I run a listenserver fot bots and players. |

Does it work if you use the normal server kick command ?
kick "bot_name" or kick #player_id ? |
