joebot does not load after linux OS upgrade

I upgraded my SuSE Linux server from 9.3 to 10.3 and now - very strangely - joebot does not load anymore!

A "meta list" says:

[ 2] <joebot_mm_i386 badf load joebot_mm_i386.s v - ini - -

How can that be?!?
I mean, the system changed, but HL and MetaMod work flawlessly - only joebot does not load ...

So, "__builtin_new" cannot be found anymore?!?

From what library would that be loaded?

And no, the installation is OK - to verify that, i even copied from another server which still run 9.3 and where joebots works fine!

havn't done any work on that project the last years, and especially not the metamod stuff, so let's hope some metamod-knowing-guy is coming along :)
