Crashing... Please help.

I just installed Joebot 1.6.5.2 on my Windows 200 machine, and everything works fine, except for one thing: Whenever any chat messages are sent, the server crashes. I have read about this, and read that there was a fix, but either I cannot find it or it does not work. Can anyone give me some help with this?
