I tried to download pbmm v3b16c through the filebase and it said I don't have permissions to access this document.

It says "forbidden", but if You ask Your browser for the link it shows for You in the url address, it will download it anyway.

Well, it may be that the file isn't there or the permissions (chmod) is set differently from the recent file transfer.

Right now the filebase should be working normally so You can try to download the files You need directly from the filebase. Nova finally fixed the problem. :)

None of the links work. The ones downloaded from cfe don't work and neither do the ones from the filebase. There are also no mirrors
