Mod Poll for strelomet

strelomet is the maintainer of YaPB 2, which is the next version of YaPB. Here's a version of code by him:

Now I need by the vote for strelomet to make him a moderator for the YaPB forum. :)

@Whistler - send a pm to all Councils, because I guess they even know nothing about Your poll. Another thing is this - Stefan and PMB don't visit the forum last time, botmeister does it really rarely, so You may have troubles to get the majority. That's why someone should replace them or the poll validation process should be changed.

Maybe we should vote for some new council members - or let us regular mods give the power to decide on stuff like this :)

Well I think we can ´ignore´ PMB as he said he´ll be gone for a while and wanted to resign. So that would leave Stefan ... maybe with a bit of spamming we get his attention :ph34r:

you can count me in .......in what ever you are scheming ......yes yes I know that I'm new here considered to you guys , BUT I have alot of time to waste on the net (about 1-4 hours daily)
so why shouldn't I invest my time on the net in something productive:)

Finally it's validated, but we had to wait 2 weeks (or maybe even a little bit more) to validate the poll.
@ Nova can You use Your admin power and make strelomet as the moderator for yapb forum?
Because it shouldn't happen anymore - dead situation without any solution (and no president to solve it) - there is a topic about new Councils - started by botmeister.
