Server DOWNTIME
Lads and Gents,
during important security updates the server hosting this service became non-operative. The outage lasted aprox 4 hours, all services had been affected. The cause was a improperly set boot entry which required a rescue system being started. After the bootloader was corrected an improper (unsynced) reboot left the boot partition in an unusable state. Most of the time was spend searching the cause in a trial and error fashion. We apologise for any incontinence this downtime may have caused and we will look into this issue to prevent further disruptions of this kind. Kind Regards, yours "Cpt. PLEASE take a look at the shrikebot web folder. As to why it doesn't work anymore. ================ /* edit */ It's working again. ================== /* edit */ No it's not. It only works when specifying index.htm Guess the default page extension got changed. |

CGI fixed. cgi has to be requested SPECIFICALLY from me now, i have restricted accessfor now due to an insecure configuration.
Masterserver working again. Ill work on podbot MM and shrikebot. |

Those are both errors due to PHP update. YOu have to update your website code.
Were now using PHP PHP 4.4.0RC2, which is already using some of php5 syntax for objects (the RCBot Error) and fread (FritzBot error) Seb |

ircd back up and init script added, will auto-start at server boot.
server-one was down for about a night, yes. Not the whole server tho, just mysql, apache and mailsystem. |

you should really all connect to irc.neon-net.com. That our round-robin, will automatically take dead-server out of the list, should always connect you as long as one server is up.
