Help With Condition Zero Bot

My condition zero bot creates .nav files for waypointing, but when it tries to create waypoints for my new maps it says analising map and then it resarts the server and analises the map again and again. What do i do?

Re: Help With Condition Zero Bot

make sure you have a folder for the game to store the .nav files in. That is make sure you have a maps folder here: "condition zero\czero\maps" and here: "condition zero\cstrike\maps". If you don't just create them manually.

Hope this helps :)

Re: Help With Condition Zero Bot

does it complete the analysation and restart the server?

Re: Help With Condition Zero Bot

I tryed it to, to make my own waypoints.
CZ uses the Zbots, the waypoints only work in a lan game, or if steam is offline.
When there is a I-net connection it wil fail!!!
So try to be offline when you play with steam !!!

Re: Help With Condition Zero Bot

Correction, CZ uses The Official Counter-Strike bot not Zbot. And steam works fine online with CZ.

it completes the analysation and restarts the server and then it starts the analysation again and so on.

hiya:)
look into your steam folder -------> condition zero .. create a map folder
if you dont have condition zero in steam .. this post is useless;)
got this problem also..have condition zero installed ..and in steam also..for the updates etc..and in the "normal" condition zero folder on my hd..there was a map folder
but not in the steam..condition zero folder

just create a map folder and all should be fine ;)

hope that this helps

have a nice day
minh

Re: Help With Condition Zero Bot

remember that the folder must be named "maps" without the quotes of course ;)

Zbots is the leaked czbot which is apparently illegal.
He must be using the zbot if it's not working online. Czbots on the other hand work fine online.

Guys... The "ZBot" is the CZ bot altered to work on CS as well as CZ. It's not "ZBot" that's illegal... It's the hacked copy that's floating around.

PS -- This belongs in the Agora, I'm moving it there.

Re: Help With Condition Zero Bot

This was taken from the steampowered forums,
"ZBot is the leaked beta version of the CSBot, which was not to be re-distributed (period). CSBot is the legal version, included with condition zero, and is also hard-coded into the game dll (mp.dll). ZBot is a plug-in style dll that hooks into the game dll. The "hacked" or leaked version IS ZBot!"

From what I've read there, zbot/czbot was meant for cz only & not cs as it was hard coded into the gamedll as mentioned. The zbot/czbot that people are downloading is a leaked copy & therefore illegal.
