whenever i can i will release a wip. Even when the changes are small. I'd like to release as much and many as i can. Afterall, these are WIP versions.
A busy time is ahead of me in the next weeks, but even then, expect releases. |

Uh oh... I found some problems... the bots sometimes don't shoot but just stand there and look at each other... Some shooting seems to be suppressed somehow...
Would it be possible for the personality to make a random favorite weapon values too??? It's be nice not to have to do them all myself :) About Metamod and Realbot... it seems to me that after a map change whenever I try to reload realbot through metamod it's not allowed... is there any way to allow it??? Then we probably won't ave problems during those map changes... |

Like me and stefen were discussing, make group or clans that have a range of favs and stats that they "excell" in :D

Well, the bots shoot... at you :D (enemys) Infact, i think they are programed to hunt human players down... and eliminate bots in the process...

Hi stefan,
well, after a little 20-minutes testing of the new wip, i haven't noticed any 'new' bugs, but i have to agree with the others about the "bots dont shoot" issue (in fact, it happened a lot more now than with 2053 : at least one fourth of 'meetings' between two enemy bots ended up in an observation session - lol, wich means it actually happens a lot more since i can't measure it when only one bot is affected). Oh, and sometimes (maybe always, i don't know) bots don't react to sound at all, either event sound or player sound. Maybe it's related to the previous bug, but you should know better than me :D ) Apart from that, there is maybe one other non-related 2057 problem (but again i haven't seen it in other posts, so here it is). Bots sometimes use burstfire even at very short range. Isn't it safer in such cases (by very short range i mean almost physical contact) to just go full auto until enemy dies? Thx for all your work and attention. |
