PODbot not working.
 

Hi all,

I need some help. I just can't get PODbot v2.5 working on my CS

I have a legal Steam version
I have downloaded the all-in-one version

I installed it in the correct directory (as stated in the help)

Now there was a line about editting my liblist.gam file.. I did not have this file so I created it.

Also the keybind which is stated in the podbot.cfg (key '=' for pod menu) is not working. So I guess the podbot.cfg file is not loaded. I have no idea how to load that file...

Any help is welcome :D

First-off - all-in-one doesn't contnain PODBot 2.5 - there is podbot mm (metamod continuation of old PODBOT 2.5) and this forum is dedicated podbot mm, too.
What is Your OS (linux/Windows), kind of server (listen/dedicated)?
Type in console:
meta list
and show us the contents of it.

So I must be missing the whole podbot then..

BTW: meta list does not work in my consol.. I must be missing lost and lots of configs

Ok so I have now read the whole thread.

Downloaded the metamod as well as the metamod for source as the metamod you suggested (v1.17.4)

Funny thing is that when I installed the Source version and choose for the option "steam listen server" it gave an error saying I did not have Steam installed on my machine.. Ofcourse I do have steam on my pc how else could I play CS ?

The option standalone server worked. But still no good for the meta list command...

How come I did not have the liblist.gam in my cstrike directory ?

I created it manually

That time I was writting that topic, the 1.17.4 mm version was the latest one. Curently is 1.80. Use this one. Use always the latest available.
About Your Steam - maybe You are playing old CS1.5 (this way is possible You can play without Steam) or another possibility - You maybe have some illegal non-steam CS 1.6 version - this way You can play without Steam, too, but we don't support this version of CS here (it's warez - banned by Valve).

After reading Your private message - You bought HL2 and CS:Source. Podbot mm doesn't work for CS:Source. It works for CZERO, CS1.5, CS1.6. These mods are only supported by podbot mm.

How do i know if my server is dedicated or Listen? And if it is Dedicated how can i change it to listen?( if needed) I thank you in advance.

For the rest of my inquiry. The All-in-one is not working for me has well. I am trying to find solutions on my own...but I think I need a little help now. My setup is done as stated. In my "cstrike" folder, I use, in "tools" on steam, "Dedicated Server", is that the right one? The other option I have is "Source Dedicated Server". At this point any help will be greatly appreciated.
