RealBOT 'Bad Load'?
 

I tired searching for this error on the forum but couldn't find anything on this topic so i decided to make a new thread. I'm trying to install RealBOT onto a Steam Dedicated Server. I thought i did everythigng correctly, but when i type "meta list" this is what i get:

Can anyone tell me what are possible reasons that it wouldn't load? It's a Windows server running off a WindowsXP SP2 computer. The server has MetaMOD 1.17 & AMX MOD 0.9.9. Thanks in advance for you help

P.S.: when i do get it working, will the commands still reamain the same? ie: to get a bot, even though RealBOT is installed into the dedicated server folder, do i still type "addbot"?

Sorry, i was able to get it working, not sure what it really was that got it working but i just had another question. I type in "realbot add" and this comes up:

I installed it into this directory: c:/program files/steam/steam apps/ SPM7654@optonline.com/dedicated server/cstrike/realbot
I was hoping to be able to adjust the personalities, like different names and akills ect. Can i not do this because of the wrong directory?

I'm sorry, i really should have searched before i added my last post. I just moved the realbot folder up a directory into the "dedicated server" folder and now no more error. Now is there some way to edit the names ect?

in your realbot folder there should be a "rb_names.txt" where you can change the names.
There is also a personality program that you can use to alter their personalities. You will find it in the filebase.

the correct directory is

c:/program files/steam/steam apps/ SPM7654@optonline.com/dedicated server/realbot

see the difference? its not in CSTRIKE, but in dedicated server... ;)

that will fix ur problems

Okay, i moved the realbot folder up into the dedicated server folder (thanksstefanhendricks). But there is no files called "rb_names.txt". I then created one, added a dew names in, but when i downloaded the personality program i opened it and it said it couldn't find "rb_names.txt". Then i tired moving it into the same folder where the RealBot names file i created was. And again it said it couldn't find it. I guess the rb_names is in the wrong directory, so can you tell me where it should be? Right now it is in the realbot folder.
Sorry for asking yet another question.

Do you have the correct/complete Realbot structure?
I'll paste a screenshot of my structure.
And the personality program and rb_names.txt needs to be in the same folder.

I took a look at the screenshit you sent me and i had basically none of that. All i had inside the realbot folder was: a folder named "dll" and inside that was the "realbot_mm.dll"
I had none of the other folders like ini, cstrike or any of that. Is there another file here that would have those files? I had seen that the REPM goes into the same folder, tried moving it there and it didn't solver anything. Must be one of the files that i saw in your screenshot that i don't have.
Thanks - if you could just tell me if there's a file that contains all the folders/ files that you have

I was able to get those files- i just downloaded another version of realbot and it contained those files. Just wanted to say that i got it in case someone else had the same problem i did.

Hope everything works the way it's supposed to now?

The way I install Realbot WIP is to first install the RealbotAI 1.0 version (to get the filestructure), and then without activating anything install the WIP version.
Or the easiest way really is to get hold of an installpackage (RBWipInstallerWindows.exe) that someone did a while ago but I can't find it anymore... :-(
