HangFire 19-12-2004 11:44

Re: This or That?

Gamepad. When they added those goofy runty joysticks to console controllers they pretty much lost me.

von Ryan 19-12-2004 20:02

Re: This or That?

Non-Smoker, I don't really like to be a passive smoker...

Pierre-Marie Baty 19-12-2004 22:18

Re: This or That?

Trillian or Gaim (instant messengers)?

von Ryan 20-12-2004 15:51

Re: This or That?

Although it is a "bit" buggy, Trillian. Although I prefer to use all the separate messengers.

Battlefield 1942 Secret Weapons Of World War 2 or Medal of Honor: Allied Assault (the whole series)?

Brainz 21-12-2004 01:04

Re: This or That?

MoH: it has a propper single player mode. Don't really like the botmatch style of the BF1942 SPC. Should expect SWoWW2 has the same format.

Day Of Defeat or Tour Of Duty?

HangFire 21-12-2004 03:17

Re: This or That?

Day of Defeat. It has great bot support (Shrike and Sturm), and I love some of the weapons. The best WW2 FPS game I've played, next to Wolf-3D.

Hey, stefan, you of all people ought to know better... wasn't it you who posted that very true "The Internet is for....!" MP3? ;)

Ok, back to topic: Canon, although I don't really care. When it comes to digital photography, I like Olympus, and when it comes to conventional photography, I'd stick to (half-)manual "vintage" cameras anyway.

A nice sports car like in the catalogue or a cheap car, but pimped to the max?

--EDIT--
Pierre, you are excluded from answering this question, since you'd get a cheap ride and mod it into a spaceship with coffee machine anyway. :P

Pierre-Marie Baty 26-12-2004 14:56

Re: This or That?

C: God's programming language.

btw T Wrecks, you're wrong, I could not do that, because I don't like coffee :D

Google news: when it's about your country, is it better to read the news on a national press' website, or on some third-world news site ?

Brainz 26-12-2004 21:16

Re: This or That?

I thought it was me that posted the internet mp3... from Avenue Q, right?

National... atleast, BBC - they show the whole story, not just as much of it as they know. And its up to date.

Being in the sea when a Tsunami hits, or on the beach?

>BKA< T Wrecks 26-12-2004 22:39

Re: This or That?

Clearly in the sea... (provided there's a boat or vessel nearby to pick me up)

Tsunamis can hardly be noticed while they're out on the open sea, and they don't rise above a meter or so...

At the coastline, however, well... I guess you all saw the news. :(

White christmas or sunny christmas on the beach?

von Ryan 27-12-2004 16:27

Re: This or That?

White christmas, I am tired of this f*cking sun...

A light, small 3.2 MPixels cam or a bulky, heavy 7 MPixels?

MarD 27-12-2004 20:32

Re: This or That?

Heyyo,

Bulky 7MPixels... better quality pics, and suck it up, you're a man, plus it comes with a strap anywho. ;)

>BKA< T Wrecks 28-12-2004 23:09

Re: This or That?

In bed, I prefer French... in everyday life, German. After all, it's my native language. :D

Early shift cause i can relax after work :D

Terrorist or Counter-Terrorist?

HangFire 29-12-2004 08:31

Re: This or That?

Counter-Terrorist. Terrorism is an awful (but still very effective) tactic that I don't approve of.

Canadian or American whiskey?

MarD 29-12-2004 09:41

Re: This or That?

Heyyo,

Canadian. Dude, we make Crown Royal... like there's really any competition. ;)

Corvette or Mustang? (sports car lineup for those who don't know :))

>BKA< T Wrecks 29-12-2004 11:39

Re: This or That?

Mustang. Although I gotta admit that those 1956 corvettes are a helluva beautiful car, but none of them starred in a movie like a Ford Mustang did in Bullitt.

Once we got this topic, I might as well stick to it...
<--- lazy ass

sfx1999 29-12-2004 18:32

Hard copy. Portable, easier on the eyes, and less distractions.
