It doesnt, i have downloaded 3 different types of bots that work on 1.6 and they all say "Install the bots normally" =S i dont know how to do that

The easiest way - download this zip file, then uznip all the crap into the main cstrike folder (if You are using CZERO - it must be czero folder).
On listenserver (use search button to find what does it mean - I have explained it 1000 times) it's:
a) for CS1.6
...Steam\SteamApps\your@email.address\counter-strike\cstrike\
b) for CZERO:...Steam\SteamApps\your@email.address\condit ion zero\czero\
For a dedicated server (You cannot play on that machine directly - You need to join it from other PC):
a) for CS1.6
...Steam\SteamApps\your@email.address\dedicated server\cstrike\
b) for CZERO:...Steam\SteamApps\your@email.address\dedica ted server\czero\
Let overwrite all the files if the system will ask You about it while unzipping/copying.
Make sure You know what the mod You have on Your PC (CS1.6/CZERO).

We loaded the podbot and we did everything what we could find but it doesn't work our problem is that the plugin says that the plugin is there but it doesn't run and we don't know why could you help thx

Make sure:
1. Your metamod is 1.19.x version.
2. You have installed either
a) the fullpack in the addons folder (not the dll only) or
b) All-In-One in the main cstrike/czero folder.
3. You have waypoints for Your map in the addons\podbot\waypoints folder.

i did what you said and installed everything again but when i want to play the game if i want to choose my team it crashes for some reson... do you know why? thx

That was wrong - it shold be addons\podbot\wptdefault instead. Sorry for confusing.
More info about Your system and configuration. Linux/windows? Listenserver/dedicated server? Mod version? Metamod version? Output of console command:
meta list
Other mm plugins installed? If You are using AMX MOD X, write also the output of "amxx plugins" command.

wptdefault is there, i have got a amd athlon XP 3000+ and 512 MB Ram. I have got windows. I don't know what a listenserver/dedicated sever is but i want to use it vor lan partys not for the internet i am the host. metamod version is 1.19 i haven't installed any other plugins except amx mod x

A listen server is one in wich the client plays from the same instance as the server, ie: you're hosting a server and playing in it at the same time. A dedicated server does not allow a client to play in the same instance as the server, it's the only instance of the game running on that system.
