The main thing - that lan server You are creating - You are playing also on this PC in the same time when the game is created or You are playing from another PC (You need to join that Your server)?

my brother logs in from another pc, after I run hlds, then I open cs and connect, but even before i connect i cannot run podbot

OK - You are starting HLDS then. So the instalation folder You should unzip the contents of All-In-One should be:
...\Steam\SteamApps\your@email.address\dedicated server\cstrike
instead ...\Steam\SteamApps\your@email.address\counter-strike\cstrike

I have to add the description for HLDS in the second post of this topic...

erm kWo after i follow all your instructions i tried starting a local game and then when i press start nothing happens the 2nd time i press the cs crash when the word starting a local game, came out pls help me!!!!

If You can see the messages as "Couldn't get dll API" or something like that it means You need to reinstall the Steam.

i followed ur steps (really helpful.. tyvm) but i got 1 problem.. my bots move really really SLOWW!! like on de_dust.. i can beat the T's to the box almost at T spawn (where T's camp to cover the tunnel) from CT spawn.. also i wanna disable Auto-Team balance... neway to do that?? plz and ty..

If You have installed bots, it means You don't have trobles with installing them. You have some other problems. Please use search button to find the keyword "slow motion effect" or rather open the new topic instead writting something not related to the subject...

Hint - stop using booster with higher than 200 FPS settings.
