Final 2.7 was Released:

Downloads @ http://forums.bots-united.com/showthread.php?p=66185

Some people asked several questions regarding bot development. I'll ask here.

The bot currently in maintenance mode, no new features are actually planned, but may appear, if i have a time.

The current goal of development is stability and speed, we already outperforms podbot mm & previous yapb version by 3-4 times in terms of CPU load, and have almost the same cpu usage as normal players on server with several exceptions.

As for the support of source engine. YES. bot will run on Source Engine, but only for testing purposes. When? Unknown. I find the official bots for CSS & CSGO are pretty good, so it will a little spare-time project :)

Currently i doing some stuff with bot just to not forget completely programming and C++ syntax), as my main work doesn't currently include programming (only bash & rarely php), and well... i'm not a true programmer, but a sys-admin :)

CooL!!! I love this bot perfect for old school CS play time cos they actually guard hostages and bomb site much better though sometimes too aimbotish.

Only complain is I can't unload/disable the plugin when I really need to and FFA doesn't really work though that's not really that important but the unloading should be enabled by now.

Btw download links seems not working.

Are you talking about the latest rel. ?

CSDM is completely supported by yb_csdm_mode (actually, it's set automatically 1 - for csdm, 2 - for ffa).

You can unload the bot anytime, loads only working after a map change.

What problem do you have with links? For me it's working ok.

Ok will try that yb_csdm_mode 2...and still doesn't work coz it's yb_csdmplay "2" hehe ok now finally I can play FFA
with yapb and wow their freakin tough to kill and I like that!

Tnx also for the unloading tip.

Still no go on the download link...both firefox and chrome can't get it and my internet is fast enough.

New bug report for 2.7 final. Look at this de_dust2_2x2 map (only one bomb place), how CT and T behave near bomb place. I made few demos. It is repeatable.
