Oh, a little note I've forgotten to mention:
if you type "notarget" in the console, you won't touch any CP or spawn flag. This is useful if your trying to path near a CP or Spawn flag and dont want the game to record you as touching it. |

Another patch!
This tweaks the bots awareness time. Also - an enemy heard should take longer for the bot to lock onto then an enemy seen. A few other misc tweaks. |

BIG patch!
The CVAR "bot_nightmare" is no more. In its place is a new cvar: "bot_aimskill". The range is 1 - 4. 1 = easy skill 2 = medium skill 3 = hard skill 4 = nightmare skill (this is basically bot_nightmare 1). The UI menus have been updated to reflect this. ============== g_log bug fixed. ======== New addbot ability: "random" In your bot cfg files, or just in the console, you can now use the keyword "random" to add a random bot, which allows you to also set the AI/Aim skills too - something that wasn't possible if you just did a "addbot" EX: addbot random 2 4 <- adds a random bot with medium AI skill, and nightmare aim skill. just doing a "addbot" in the console or cfg file also works as usual. NOTE: I don't want this in the bot cfg files WE release - this is more a feature for the end user, becase a cfg file should NEVER override what a user whats to do. ;) ========== The bot's overall aiming has been tweaked some. Will need some testing to see if it works. |

Another patch!
A few more tweaks to the bots aim. Linked the bots reaction time to enemies to bot_aimskill. The lower bot_aimskill is, the longer it takes a bot to react to an enemy. Made the reaction time a bit more balanced for lower skills. |

New patch up!! Been a while.
This is for Wolf. Incorporates Denny's map fixes, and some tweaks to the bot's AI while in the process of a goal (should see less of bots getting slaughtered by enemies because they want to focus on their goal so much). Misc speed improvements and tweaks/fixes. FG42 isn't enabled yet - I'm waiting until I get the AI working with it. |
