Sad, SAD day.
My 1.5 server running old old POD2.5, with some modifications, has been running totally perfectly the last several months..

I wonder how many millions of end users Valve is going to loose overnight.

They've already lost ME, that's for sure. But concerning all those 12 to 15-year-old kiddies that seem to constitute the majority of the CS community, I wouldn't be so sure... and all in all, most other users also followed the move to Steam like sheep. I think they don't even know the power they could have if only they could bear being unable to play CS for three days in order to show their protest. But I guess what the Levellers wrote in their song "100 Years of Solitude" '93 is still valid: "This walkman generation / in search of sweet sedation"... I guess panem et circenses still works perfectly, even 2000 years later and with other technological equipment. :|

I can't wait to start testing cs:s!!!
As far as everyone here, we all mostly play with bots anyways right?
Looks like the die-hard 1.5 fans will have to resort to underground LAN partys!
