I don't know why you're renaming tour_assault to "angie_assault". Anyway this map requires an amxx plugin to be played integrally:

Unfortunately I don't think podbots would work with that plugin - apparently there can't be waypoints groups disconnected (the idea of this plugin is to spawn players in different 'submaps' each round).

If you're playing it without that plugin there's no need to use tour_map; maybe this is the map you're looking for:

I might help; it's just a small help, because I only have wp for aim_map & fy_iceworld_xxl_b1, but I guess the last one is for the beta-version, don't have the map myself so don't know difference between final & beta of fy_iceworld_xxl.
Give it a try by renaming the waypoint into "fy_iceworld_xxl", but probably that won't work.

1) I'm not a waypoint creator ( don't have the time for it )
2) The link gives a blanco page with me, not even an error

Pretty bad news: can't find waypoints for the zipped map and for the one with the link, it could be that they are on a site but that site has been temporarily suspended, so site is down.
You almost always give strange and unusual maps to waypoint, mostly the waypoints not exist so you have to wait till someone makes them for ya, and that can take some time and is not fun if you really like a specific map.
How many maps do you want to have waypoints for, cause you keep on asking for waypoints..... is there an end???
