They cannot play corectly if Your call for podbot_mm.dll looks like in Your metamod's plugins.ini:
Remove that "//" and space before win32 addons/podbot/podbot_mm.dll

this is the new version of plugins.ini, i'm trying some other bots
so u see there's nothing wrong ?

Nothing special. What is Your mp_freezetime? Can You setup it for 3.0 seconds for example?

Look at this window of my CS when I'm fireing it up it's Polish one, but look at the right buttom corner - there should be the number of HL version used with that CS. What is Your one?

Update it first to the version 4111e (latest one Valve unofficially released for old HL).

It says HLDS, but it really contains also files for HL - this way I'll be sure You have the same version of HL and CS I'm using - so it must work (even if we will need to do for You something else).
