ircd back up and init script added, will auto-start at server boot.

server-one was down for about a night, yes. Not the whole server tho, just mysql, apache and mailsystem.

you should really all connect to irc.neon-net.com. That our round-robin, will automatically take dead-server out of the list, should always connect you as long as one server is up.
