Make sure Your plugins.ini file (in metamod directory) isn't really plugins.ini.txt (but txt as hidden more known for WIndows extension - make sure You have under Windows unmarked option "Hide extensions for more known file types".
Try laso without podbot_mm (with empty plugins.ini file) - I would know if the game would whole start with metamod for You.

Without plugins.ini CS crashes and this is in error log again:

Error:Failed to load dialog file Resource/UI/ClassMenu.res

delete your liblist.gam
goto your play game list and right click on Counter-Strike and goto properties
click on Launch Options
and put try this and see if it can load metamod without any plugins.

At this point I'd suggest to reinstall Steam correctly because there must be something very wrong with your setup.

YESYESYEYSYES!!111 OMFG IT WORKS NOW!!! :DD:D:D:D:D: IAM SO HAPPY ^_^ i uninstalled steam, deleted my valve folder, uninstalled halflife, then reinstalled hl, downloaded the patch, then dloaded cs 1.5, then installed steam and let it update and then ran the zip file my mate gave me and now it WORKS!!! :D:D:D. the only thing different this time was i didnt install halflife and steam only and let it update. this time i installed each thing. thanks all for ur help. and mainly to Kwo thanks people :D <3 much appreciated!!! Keep up the good work. :)
