One thing - if in Your cstrike\models\weapons there is a file famas.mdl the bot dll might be liyed - it may think it's CS1.6 - so it is trying to use CS1.6 method to buy stuff - which doesn't work under CS1.5. This is the only reason I'm aware it may happen they will not buy anything.

I have 1.5, hence there is no famas, nor the models in it.

Well, you can probably load cstrike15 through steam, it may solve a problem or two.

I'm loading CS1.5 without steam - like it was based on HL1 without steam before. I cannot understand why it doesn't load for him. Please try the latest beta - to see if it works or not.
Well - I have asked twice - I'm asking last time -what does it say when You write in console:
meta list
I want to see the full output from Your screen (You can copy and and paste from Your server console).
And additional question:
meta version
that might be interresting, too.
I was wrong - the right folder also for weapons models is just ...cstrike\models . If there is famas.mdl, the bot will not buy anything under CS1.5.

It's not so easy to copy from CS 1.5 console. :)

Write in the console:
condump
It will dump all the console to the txt file. It's very easy. :P
Then You can copy from that txt file (located in the main cstrike folder) this what You need to paste here.
