looks like i already have GDB

package gdb-6.5-16.el5 (which is newer than gdb-6.5-12.el5) is already installed
file /usr/bin/gdb from install of gdb-6.5-12.el5 conflicts with file from package gdb-6.5-16.el5
file /usr/bin/gdbserver from install of gdb-6.5-12.el5 conflicts with file from package gdb-6.5-16.el5
file /usr/bin/gdbtui from install of gdb-6.5-12.el5 conflicts with file from package gdb-6.5-16.el5

I also cannot find the log files output after i run with the debug switch, can anyone point me to them?
