One of latest builds is already supporting showing the fluctuating ping for bots on the scoreboard. You have to change the default value of pb_latencybot cvar in podbot.cfg from 0 to 2 (1 shows "BOT" instead the ping).

Write in the console:
meta list
and show the output here.

Copy and paste the settings from Your podbot.cfg (without any comment lines). Write in the console:
pb_latencybot
it should return the real value of that setting.
