I wasn't being all that serious about the mutations. You have to use bot pause to catch them in the screenshot. When you unpause they seperate
. And you can spawn a few more bots than spawnpads (spawn invulnerability I guess). However 25 on 1 is not anything we test for.

The fact you can work the map after blowing the wall sounds a bit like an ent number problem. maybe somehow the script file and nav file you are running are out of sync, but without seeing your directories I don't know how only you got lucky.
