Another idea:

Thread attachments are working again on the forum, you could also make threads (be sure to mark them "BETA" so everyone knows they're work in progress), and we could all test them whenever we got the chance.

Well it sort of goes without saying that I went ahead and made up a new thread for that purpose, following that last bit of advice.

I hope any of you who've been following this will find it at least mildly interesting to see what I've done so far. I by no stretch of the imagination tout it to be a professional work, but it should be pretty decent for a rough-draft.
