Wow, my topic got rather large. But i had to kinda give up CS mapping for now because Steam is being gay on my 56k connection and steam doesnt let you leave it on when you disconnect anymore :'(. So ive started mapping for just Half-Life again :D. I wish i could still use bots but steam just wont work for me anymore. Maby someone could talk valve into making a Bot-Steam so i can play offline? OR maby someone could make bots for half-life? (i have a non-steam version installed o_O ). *sigh*

it says "The connection to the Steam Content Server has been lost making it impossible for steam to continue running" or somthing then shuts down.

Is this mapping forum for CS maps only? o_O. Because i got steam to work now but when i startup a CS game it gives me a read error so im still mapping for half-life only. Right now im working on a map for fun, and i wanted to share things about it in a post on this forum but i dont know if i can or not ???:(.

This board is about mapping. I havn't seen anything about "this board is about making CS maps" therefore you're at the right place 8).
