By the way that plugins ini you have there is for adminmod not metamod i don't know were you got it but its not for metamod. go to my site and compare your files structure to my screenshots

Absolutly. The realbot_mm.dll is under /addons/realbot

Just the .dll and the realbot folder is before the cstrike.
